President Nicolás Maduro leads a strategic meeting with candidates of the Great Patriotic Pole (GPPSB) to prepare for the May 25 elections, emphasizing communal governance and the Seven Transformations for Venezuela’s development.

President Maduro and GPPSB Candidates Strategize for May 25 Elections

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, accompanied by First Combatant Cilia Flores, led a strategic meeting on Monday with candidates for governorships and the National Assembly from the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar (GPPSB). The meeting took place at the iconic Cuartel de la Montaña, where the remains of Commander Hugo Chávez rest, in the 23 de Enero parish of Caracas.

Strengthening Communal Governance and the Seven Transformations

This meeting aimed to refine strategies to consolidate the Communal State and promote the Seven Transformations, key to the country’s development. During the working session, Maduro, who also heads the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), emphasized the need to evaluate actions to ensure a major popular victory in the elections scheduled for May 25, 2025.

Revolutionary Governors Urged to Collaborate with Communal Circuits

The President instructed revolutionary governors to work closely with Communal Circuits to better understand the needs of the Venezuelan people and lead a responsive government. “We are working on state plans and refining the methodology of the Seven Transformations, adapting them to the realities of each state in the country,” Maduro stated.

National Campaign Command (CCN) Established for Electoral Mobilization

Additionally, the head of state announced the creation of the National Campaign Command (CCN), which will operate in every state and across Venezuela’s 5,338 Communal Circuits. This structure aims to strengthen the organization and mobilization of patriotic forces ahead of the elections, reaffirming the GPPSB’s commitment to the welfare of the Venezuelan people.
